Shipping Policy

Where We Ship
We ship to street addresses within the United States only. We cannot ship to PO boxes, so please enter a physical street address at checkout.

Production Time
Our products are made to order. Production takes 5-7 business days before your order ships. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, and production may take longer during holidays and busy seasons.

Delivery Time
After your order ships, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. In total, most orders arrive within about 2 to 3 weeks of purchase.

Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all canvas prints within the United States. Shipping costs for any other items are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
You'll receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update. If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your address before you order. We aren't responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or lost because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because a PO box was entered. To request a change, email MoArtDesigns1@gmail.com right away. We can update the address only if your order hasn't gone into production or shipped. If a package comes back to us due to an address error, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Delays
Weather, holidays, and carrier issues can slow delivery. We can't control these delays, but we're happy to help you follow up with the carrier.

Lost or Missing Packages
If tracking says your package was delivered but you can't find it, please check around your property, ask your neighbors, and contact your local carrier facility. If it still hasn't turned up, email us at MoArtDesigns1@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number and we'll help investigate. Please also contact us if tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email MoArtDesigns1@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. See our Refund Policy for details.

Digital Downloads
Digital files are sent by email or download link shortly after purchase. Nothing is shipped. If you don't receive yours, check your spam folder and then contact us.
